Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases usually proceed on a flat fee basis. Our fees range from $1,200.00 to $2,975.00 depending on the complexity of the case. The total fee is due immediately before filing the bankruptcy petition, and payment plans can be arranged in some situations. All costs are included except the Bankruptcy Court filing fee of $338.00 and a due diligence fee of $75.00.
Chapter 13 (plan-paid) $2,850–$4,950 $0-down possible when fees are paid through the plan over 3–5 years. Plus $313 filing + $75 diligence.

Chapter 11 business reorganizations are billed hourly. The typical retainer ranges from $9,500.00 to $25,000.00 for an individual or small business filing under Subchapter V of Chapter 11, depending on the specifics of the case and its complexity. We do not require personal guarantees to cover the business entity’s payments to our firm.
